Melanie Makes Meringues Happy Lactose-Intolerant Christmas!
Made a Christmas cake today for my husband’s secretary who is lactose-intolerant. Searching through the internet I found a recipe for Wacky Cake which seemed to fit the bill. The frosting cracked somewhat when I lifted it.
Decorated with (lactose free) candy canes!
