Oatmeal Pancake

Another winning breakfast from Kath Eats Real Food. This oatmeal pancake was fun to cook and very tasty, I topped it with mashed banana and almond nut butter. Mmmmmm……..

It’s turned out to be another delicious day. I picked my kids up from my parents’ house after work. I only worked the morning so my Mum invited me to stay for lunch. Here’s what we had.

On the way to my parents’ house I noticed a great piece of guerilla gardening. Someone has taken over the disused piece of land next to the crossing gates at Polegate. What an improvement! And they’re growing veggies too.
