Melanie Makes Meringues Cupcakes!
Today I’m all about the baking. It’s one of our receptionist’s birthday at work and I made her pineapple and coconut cupcakes from the ‘Hummingbird Bakery Cookbook’. We had a little taste test at home and the verdict is in……..Scrumptious!
Talking of baking, look what I found at the supermarket. Cute mini mini marshmallows and sugar alphabet sprinkles, I bought them to give to the kids as a nice surprise. We love baking!
And finally on the cupcake front I made this adorable felt cupcake purse from a tutorial over at paper and string. I think I’m going to send it to a friend of mine who has a daughter who would like it. (I showed it to my 12 year old son and told him I had made it for him to take his dinner money to school in and he was horrified!)
